Heidenhain HIT provides interactive learning for TNC control system operators
Heidenhain is introducing the Heidenhain Interactive Training (HIT) system as an easy-to-use low cost program for TNC control system operators of every skill level.
The Heidenhain modular step-by-step format HIT system has been developed to allow users to build their understanding of 3-axis TNC system programming by improving both their operational skills and knowledge of conversational programming, DIN ISO programming, as well as 5-axis machine programming (3 + 2 package) for more experienced 3-axis operators.
It provides explanations of TNC programming principles, on-screen animations of TNC functionality, a detailed training workbook and example exercises.
HIT works in conjunction with programming station software so that users can try out exercises while they watch the on-screen demonstrations. After each level, users can take an interactive
