ToPlus mini series power chucks from Hainbuch are 38% lighter, 33.3% smaller in diameter and 25% shorter overall than the standard ToPlus.
The reduction in chuck dimensions widens the range of tooling able to access the workpiece especially in restricted space sub-spindle operations, while the lighter weight of the Hainbuch ToPlus mini chucks gives more dynamic spindle acceleration reducing cycle time and energy demand.
The ToPlus mini chucks are available in sizes 52 and 65 in the most widely used spindle configurations.
