ESPRIT has Datos WinTool tool management software interface

ESPRIT has a direct interface for Datos WinTool Professional tool management software. With WinTool Professional you can establish a central tool library, and access data from within the ESPRIT user interface. For each NC-operation the user picks the best suited tool available - imports tool geometries and cutting conditions, and automatically generates a precise 3D model for simulation. Through total tool management, clarification of cutting and collision lengths, a profile radius, and logistics are presented within seconds. WinTool automatically generates a detailed tool list for a NC program, generating customised reports for tool crib, pre-setting, and purchasing - including graphics and barcodes.
