Emuge’s Softsynchro modular collet holders boost thread manufacturing
Softsynchro Modular collet holders combine Emuge's patented Softsynchro Minimum length compensation with the operational flexibility required by the synchronous spindle machines used in thread processing.
Modular construction of Emuge's Softsynchro collet means that, for example, the HSK-transfer element is available for a one-channel minimum quantity lubrication system (MQL), a two-channel MQL system and a standard internal coolant-lubricant system. Also, different length adjustment screws are available for male or female shank centre type adaptation. These components ensure reliable, loss-free transport of coolant/lubricant from machine spindle onto the tool tip.
Two versions of the collet holder are available: the Softsynchro Modular/MQL for MQL systems and the Softsynchro Modular/IKZ for internal coolant-lubricant supply.
