Eco Compact added to Thame Workholding’s Lang modular automation system
The Eco Compact, specifically designed for small batch production and an alternative to the existing Eco Tower, has been added to the Lang modular automation system.
The Eco Compact features a horizontal indexing table capable of holding up to ten Quick Point pallets which are accessed by an integrated Eco Feed handling unit.
The Eco Feed handling unit can be fitted with either a uni-axial gripper or a 90º swivel gripper, and can be sited to provide either a front or side entry load/unload capability for various makes and models of machining centre.
