Delcam PartMaker gets improved simulation

Unveiled this month at Chicago's IMTS exhihibition, a new module provides full machine simulation based on actual machine solid models so providing more realistic verification and improved collision detection. This new simulation module will provide improved error checking and collision detection, allowing users to perform a more robust machining simulation than currently offered in PartMaker. The machine model being simulated incorporates machine-specific toolholders and attachments to ensure that any possible collisions that could occur on the machine will be detected off-line on the user's PC.
