CoroMill 415 has been designed to fill the application gap between the company’s current round tools series and existing high-feed products, such as CoroMill 210 and CoroMill 419. High productivity is said to be supplemented by the extra-close H pitch, which can be deployed, thanks to the tool’s inherent high stability, ensuring that more than one tooth is always engaged in cut. According to Sandvik Coromant, the cutter is suitable for all ISO materials.
For those looking to lower their tooling inventory and minimise machine down-time, CoroMill 415 is also available with the Coromant EH (Exchangeable Head) interface.
