New to Vericut 7.4, after defining a tooling package in MachiningCloud, users can directly download all the tool assemblies in the package and use it within Vericut with significantly fewer steps, compared to manually configuring a tool for use in a simulation session.
The process is as follows: build a MachiningCloud job containing the required tool assemblies; export the job by downloading it to a local computer; from within Vericut, click once to import all the tools from the job; and, finally, simulate using the tool assemblies just created in MachiningCloud.CGTech enhances Vericut’s MachiningCloud connection
