Offering fully concentric clamping, Big Kaiser says that the Mega Perfect Grip combines the accuracy and cutting performance of heavy duty milling chucks with the pull-out security of solid side-lock toolholders.
To keep the system cost effective, the chuck is designed to accommodate milling cutters with a standard Weldon flat (DIN 1835-1). No special grinding or threading of the milling cutter is required. Three key grip grooves in the chuck body also serve to provide channels for high volume coolant to reach the cutter.
Big Kaiser’s Mega Perfect Grip is available in BIG-Plus BBT and HSK-A100 for diameters from 20 to 32 mm.
