Italy's Waterjet Corporation s.r.l is to exclusively supply KMT Waterjet Systems' Streamline intensifiers with its water jet tables.

For the Waterjet Corporation, the agreement offers major advantages in terms of offering customers a range of intensifiers with a global reputation for quality and reliability backed up by first class customer service. For KMT, the agreement provides the opportunity to work with the Waterjet Corporation, the world's third largest waterjet cutting table manufacturer, and Mitsubishi Electric, which provides the CNC control systems for the tables. The Waterjet Corporation will be offering KMT's special customised Streamline S-50 4,130 bar intensifier as standard equipment, together with the ultra high-pressure Streamline PRO 6,200 bar model. Autoline cutting heads and other high pressure components including, mixing chambers, tubes and fittings, will also be offered. Established in 1991, the Waterjet Corporation has achieved worldwide success with its range of cost-effective waterjet cutting tables. In 2001, production capacity at its Monza site was increased by 50%, and in 2004 the company embarked upon a phase of global expansion establishing local sales and after sales offices in Dubai , United Arab Emirates (Waterjet Middle East FZCO), in St Petersburg Russia (Waterjet SPB) and in 2005 in Amytiville , United States (Waterjet U.S.A. L.L.C). In 2006 MC Machinery System Inc., a branch of the Mitsubishi Corporation, signed an exclusive agreement to import Waterjet Corporation cutting machines into the whole of the North American market.
