Ward CNC is welcoming new innovations at EMO 2023 next from its principal partners Takisawa and Soraluce - and has announced new partnerships to its CNC portfolio with Gurutzpe and Ronchini.

Takisawa Japan & Taiwan, will each be showcasing four of their newest models and Soraluce will also be joining the trade fair with their 'Ready to Lead' expertise and acumen.

Soraluce will be sharing their innovation and sustainable practices at EMO. As leading experts in milling and boring, Soraluce will bring their automated solutions to the table, with a particular focus on their New Performance Line and the New Generation of Heads.

Attendees will bear witness to Soraluce's latest technological developments, including a guided tour of their booth. The tour will also include live demonstrations, with the audience interacting with Soraluce's technical experts to discover how innovation can drive success.

Soraluce has also added a new line of milling machines to its portfolio, which responds to challenges that are faced in the sector and will add value to finding solutions within all industrial environments. This is known as the Performance Line and is a reliable and precise structure.

Takisawa Japan will be releasing their new green machinery at EMO 2023. Takisawa is moving towards 'Green Smart Machinery' to introduce machinery supporting customers in decarbonising their production sites.

The four new machines that will be exhibited at EMO 2023 are TMX-4000IIST, a simultaneous 5-axis machine with a tool spindle; TT-2600IIWGA, a 12' parallel 2 spindle CNC lathe machine; TM-3000Y2, an 8’+6' facing spindle and 2 turret machine with both Y axis that is a multi-taking machine and TMS-2000YS, an 8’+6' facing twin spindle CNC lathe with a single turret machine and a Y axis. Ward CNC will be receiving the TM-3000Y2 in stock shortly.

Takisawa Taiwan, which has recently celebrated its 50th anniversary, will introduce four new models at the EMO 2023. These models include NX-2000YS, NX-2500YS, VTL-760 and LA-350YL16. The NX-2000 series is the new generation of the economic two-spindle turning centre and contains more cost-effective features with a new fashion cover design compared to the EX-2000 series.

Ward CNC has also announced anew partnership with Gurutzpe, a Spanish company that designs and manufactures CNC multi-tasking horizontal lathes whilst highly respecting customer input throughout the process.

As well as Gurutzpe, Ward CNC has a new partnership with Ronchini Massimo, an Italian company that manufactures high-end CNC milling routers for the metalworking industry.

Managing director Simon Whitworth said: “We are extremely proud to introduce both Gurutzpe and Ronchini to Ward CNC’s product range. The added value that each of these companies will bring will complement our existing array of machine tools to provide even more choice for customers.

"We are excited to see our new partners demonstrate their latest offering at the EMO exhibition and would encourage any United Kingdom or Republic or Ireland based customers to get in touch if either of these ranges or any further products in our portfolio could be of interest to them."
