Vollmer extends PCD tooling event invitation
Vollmer UK is planning to take 50 engineers to Germany to attend its 'PCD Days' event, held from 11 to the 14 July. Subsidised by Vollmer, the cost is £95 and places can be reserved on a first come, first served basis.
The visit is aimed primarily at cutting tool manufacturers, aerospace and F1 OEMs that have an interest in the latest technological trends in the cutting tool industry.
The three-day event will include presentations from industry-leading manufacturers on subjects such as brazing applications and technology, balancing and inspection equipment, measurement technology and the future trends in the cutting tool sector, plus a presentation on Vollmer's latest drill processing and polishing functions. This itinerary will be completed with a tour of the Vollmer manufacturing facility.
In addition, the trip will also have an attractive programme of social events that will end with a tour to the Mercedes Museum in Stuttgart.
