Tornos ties up with Hydromat for US multi sales and support
Tornos has forged a strategic alliance with Hydromat Inc, headquartered in St Louis, Missouri, USA which will see Hydromat exclusively represent the Tornos line of multi-spindle lathes in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Hydromat is a rotary transfer machine specialist and the agreement covers sales, engineering, set-up, service, and parts supply for the Tornos machines.
Tornos multi-spindle machines delivered by Hydromat will be labelled 'TORNOS MULTI by Hydromat'. The Tornos MultiDECO 20/8b will make its first trade show appearance under the Hydromat banner at Chicago's IMTS this month.
