Thorite consolidates sales presence in North with four new appointments

Compressed air and fluid power specialist Thorite has made four key new appointments to strengthen its sales team across the North.

Andy Richardson joins the Thorite team as a field-based capital sales equipment specialist. Andy has more than 30 years of expertise working with compressors for air and process gases.

Three business development managers have also joined the company.

Carl Richmond joins the team at the Doncaster branch of Thorite. Carl has more than 35 years of experience in commercial and technical sales roles. He has served a broad range of industrial sectors, including fabrication, manufacturing, nuclear, oil and gas, food and drink, construction, machine building, and industrial automation, specialising with mechanical engineering components, power transmission components, and now progressing onto pneumatics and the additional range with Thorite.

James Douse will be based at Thorite’s Bolton branch. Over the past nine years James has worked for global compressor systems manufacturer Bauer Kompressoren in Haydock and most recently as international sales distribution coordinator for industrial product distributor Bonfiglioli UK, based in Warrington.

Kirsty Robinson has joined Thorite’s Blackburn sales region team. Kirsty has more than a decade of sales management, customer service and team leadership experience. She joins Thorite from industrial supplier Thomas Graham & Sons, Morecambe.
