Thame Workholding has launched a new partnership with Flaig Magnetsysteme GmbH & Co KG, a German provider of innovative magnetic workholding solutions.

Thame Workholding has partnered with Flaig Magnetsysteme.

Thame Workholding will now have access to Flaig’s comprehensive range of magnetic products, with a particular emphasis on the FXL electro-permanent magnetic clamping systems.

These advanced clamping solutions are designed to deliver powerful, consistent holding force while ensuring safety and ease-of-use. The FXL systems employ an electro-permanent magnet technology, which combines the benefits of both electromagnets and permanent magnets. This means they maintain their holding power even during power outages, making them ideal for high-precision machining applications.

Additionally, Thame Workholding will offer the FX lifting range, engineered for efficient and secure lifting of cumbersome materials. This range utilises advanced magnetic technology to ensure maximum stability and control during lifting operations, significantly enhancing productivity in various manufacturing settings.

Marcus Hamlyn, sales director at Thame Workholding, said: “We are thrilled to launch our partnership with Flaig and offer the company’s exceptional magnetic workholding solutions to our customers. Magnetic workholding represents a transformative step forward for us, offering innovative solutions that can enhance efficiency, precision, and safety on the shopfloor.”

With Flaig’s advanced technology in its inventory, Thame Workholding said it is committed to providing its customers with superior magnetic workholding solutions that address the evolving needs of modern manufacturing.
