System 3R workholding and automation solutions at MACH 2010

System 3R products are aimed at improving machine productivity and utilisation by reducing set-up times and capitalising on light-out production, with the introduction of automation. They will be exhibiting:- • The Twist Lock direct clamping chuck for the automated manufacturing of round and square metal blanks, which is particularly suited for watchmaking, microengineering and medical applications. • System 3R Automation which improves productivity from existing machines, with lights-out production and minimal downtime, using robots.
