Swiss threading firm goes direct in the UK and Eire
Swiss threading technology company DC Swiss SA has set up its own UK operation, DC Swiss UK, Sheffield.
The company traditionally used two UK-based agents to supply the North and South of the UK. The new operation will now supply products direct to the whole of the UK and Eire, and will carry a full range of taps and threadmills from its standard catalogue.
The UK operation is also a designated 'Centre of Excellence' for aerospace threading products – the firm has a dedicated aerospace products brochure.
Regarding latest product developments, the company highlights its new Z Inox thread whirling and 'K' geometry deep hole tools.
Z Innox tools are aimed at stainless steel and alloys having tensile strength up to 1,150 N/mm2, for high added value products in chemical, food processing, aerospace, hydraulics, and oil and gas sectors.
