Rösler acquires Swiss surface finishing specialist

Baiker AG builds high quality shot blast systems (pictured) for peen forming, shot peening, wet shot blasting and blast cleaning. This latest move is part of Rösler’s global expansion policy and follows the incorporation of French manufacturer Vapor Blast into the Rösler Group. Currently supplying some of the worlds leading companies, such as Airbus, Rolls-Royce, MTU, Lufthansa, Volvo and BMW, with custom-made CNC and robot-controlled shot peening solutions, Baiker AG’s products complement those of Rösler and will enable future Group customers to benefit from greater flexibility, higher degrees of automation and improved services. Rösler has increased its turnover in the area of shot blast technology by 20 per cent year-on-year over the past three years.
