Program, prove, produce, and profit event

The event, which will focus on the key elements of program, prove, produce, and profit, will highlight how the right combination of machine tool and software technology creates a platform from which significant quantifiable improvements in productivity can be delivered. Visitors on each day of the event will benefit from three sessions that highlight specific technologies and the support that both Mazak and Delcam provide in order to deliver optimum productivity. The first session will concentrate on 5-axis machining with Delcam’s PowerMILL CAM software and Mazak’s VARIAXIS 630-5X II T taking centre stage. Following will be a demonstration of the capability and versatility offered by the Mazak INTEGREX range of multi-function machine tools when used in conjunction with the latest version of Delcam’s FeatureCAM CAM system. This session will make sure that manufacturers are aware of the extra benefits offered by the latest developments in CAM system and machine tool. The final presentation of the day will focus on on-machine verification and the benefits that can be gained by using Delcam’s PowerINSPECT inspection software. All visitors will also have the opportunity to view many of the demonstrated techniques in action in Mazak’s state-of-the-art European manufacturing plant, perhaps the most complete and up-to-date machine tool manufacturing plant in Europe.
