Over the moon down under with DataTrack

PSL DataTrack works to ISO 9000 and AS9100 standards of certification." As long ago as 1991 Mr Turner first installed a DOS version of DataTrack at his premises in Addiscombe, near Croydon. By 1999 the subcontractor had invested in DataTrack's next system, which was Windows-based and the forerunner of today's range of PSL Datatrack edition systems. Following installation, PSL DataTrack provided comprehensive training so that when Mr Turner decided to emigrate in 2003, his new company would still be able to benefit from using the system on the other side of the world. Any doubts that PSL could keep up the same levels of customer and technical support have disappeared over the last seven years. So much so, that this year, the company has invested in the latest version of PSL DataTrack software. The complex upgrade was carried out by PSL DataTrack over broadband internet during the night while the factory was closed. When the doors were opened in the morning, it was ready to use. All support and upgrades are also conducted by PSL DataTrack over broadband and are driven remotely from the offices of PSL in the UK. The same links also allow remote training so that Turner Engineering (Aus) can keep up with the latest DataTrack developments.
