Open House event does the business for Mills
Mills Manufacturing Technology saw brisk business at its recent in-house event, taking over £1 million in orders.
‘Doosan Deal Days’ held at the company’s Leamington facility on Wednesday 3 and Thursday 4 December saw orders to the value of £1.4 million taken plus numerous enquiries and leads. The 16 new machine tools sold included eight DNM 400/500/650’s, (Doosan’s new high-performance range of 3-axis vertical machining centres), and 1 x HP 5100 horizontal machining centre.
“The number of visitors attending the ‘Deal Days’ demonstrated that the pulling power of Doosan machine tool technology coupled with the fantastic finance deals and offers available to customers over the 2 days (such as Buy Now – Pay Nothing Until April 2009), proved to be an irresistible combination.” Said David Andrew, sales and marketing director (pictured).
