Celebrating the tenth anniversary of its pay-as-you-go online data-exchange service, Delcam is offering a day of free data translation on 17 May.
In the Delcam Exchange service, which normally costs £34 per translation, software is downloaded and stored on the user's computer. To perform a translation, the user obtains an authorisation code from the Delcam Exchange website. Users can either pay as they go or buy a set of 20 vouchers with a bonus of four free translations. According to Delcam, this approach offers two advantages of over other online translation providers – speed and security.
Since its launch, more than 50,000 users have registered for the Delcam Exchange service, with less than 1% of users claiming refunds for unsuccessful or incomplete translations.
