Key appointments have been made at a Mollart Engineering's headquarters in Chessington, its subcontract manufacturing facility in Resolven and its Bencere tooling operation.

At Resolven, Wayne Thomas has been promoted to director of operations at the South Wales operation. Resolven employs 35 people and, using the latest high technology machine tools and processes, supplies highly complex sub-assemblies and components to the aerospace, medical, telecoms, semiconductor, oil and gas and deep sea industry sectors. Mark Dore, who was responsible for deburring and roller burnishing product division of Bencere, acquired by Mollart in 2009, has been promoted to sales manager of Mollart's machine tool division, working alongside sales director Ian Petitt. Meanwhile, Kevin Lee has been recruited for his extensive experience in the tooling industry to join Bencere and expand the product line-up by introducing a range of reaming products to the 'Hole Solution' marketing strategy of the business. Said Mr Petitt: "With sales across each of our three divisions running at record levels, the restructure changes will provide additional support to our customers in the UK."
