Metris buys LK and more
Metris has acquired LK, Derby, 3D Scanners, London, and Arc Second Inc, Virginia, Washington, USA.
LK manufactures co-ordinate measuring machines; 3D Scanners makes non-contact 3D scanners for articulated and robot arm CMMs; and Arc makes indoor GPS positioning and tracking solutions featuring metrology accuracy. Metris designs, develops and markets a range of 3D hardware and software inspection systems for the automotive and aerospace sectors.
