Albert Delpino, a seasoned professional with a rich background in various sectors of the industry, has returned to Metal Craft Industries as the production manager, rekindling a connection that spans three decades.
Albert Delpino's journey with Metal Craft Industries began at the age of 16 as a trainee sheet metal worker. Now, after 30 years of traversing different facets of the industry, Delpino returns to the company where he kick started his career.
His extensive experience covers sales, finance, purchasing, programming lasers, CAD design, and man management, making him a versatile and invaluable addition to the leadership team.
Reflecting on his return, Delpino, said: "Rejoining Metal Craft Industries was easy for me, yet 30 years had passed since I did my training there. I have picked up a wealth of experience on the way across many sectors of the industry. Metal Craft has long been known for quality production, and I am excited to lead a team with the passion and commitment to carry on this excellent reputation."
Delpino's vision for Metal Craft Industries involves leveraging his in-depth knowledge of production and CNC processes to efficiently operate the manufacturing environment. He emphasises the importance of building a team that shares his ambition and dedication to maintaining the company's reputation for high-quality production across diverse sectors.
"I first joined Metal Craft Industries at 16 as a trainee sheet metal worker and was immediately ignited by the range of products and the range of production activities. At that time, our main activities were in manufacturing garage service tools, supermarket food preparation equipment, prototypes for various engineering and OEMs," recalled Delpino.
His journey within the industry fuelled Delpino's ambition to be in charge of production, a goal he has now achieved with his return to Metal Craft Industries. "Getting to know all the processes in their entirety has given me a whole new perspective and a challenge which I am definitely up for during the coming months."
