Barry Pender (pictured), area sales manager for Scotland and Northern Ireland, joins Matsuura with a strong background in machine tool solutions and 16 years working for Rolls Royce in a variety of roles.
In his new role at Matsuura, Pender will be responsible for accelerating the potential of Matsuura’s product offering and supporting both existing and new customers.
He says: “Throughout my career I’ve always worked with best-in-class companies, so joining the Matsuura team with their commitment to deliver quality products and services is a great opportunity.”
Joining the Service Team are Ben Pringle and Leon Boucher, service engineers – further boosting Matsuura’s commitment to providing world class customer service. Both have many years’ experience in machine tool fitting, service and maintenance and will support customers on a national basis.
Richard Stretton also joins Matsuura as applications engineer and Samantha Brown, marketing communications officer, officially joins the marketing team.
