Leader CNC Technologies to offer Gruppo Parpas machines

Gruppo Parpas Group consists of three subsidiaries that all have product and industry specialisations that Leader CNC will fully exploit to provide bespoke solutions for its customers. With a focus on the mould and die sector, Parpas Spa has created a line of gantry-type 5-axis machining centres and horizontal boring machines that incorporate automatic attachment changers and a list of patents that are specific to controlling thermal growth and accuracy. This is said to ensure the Parpas line delivers "remarkable precision and repeatability", built upon "a robust design that offers the utmost in flexibility and productivity". The second subsidiary is OMV, which has been developing column machines for over 40 years, with this bringing the integration of high quality linear drives, elevating tables and high speed machining capability to Gruppo Parpas. The third member of the Group is FAMU, a manufacturer of rotary tables, attachments, tool carousels and other ancillary equipment.The incorporation of FAMU into the Gruppo Parpas brings expertise in conceptual and detailed design that permits the development of bespoke machine tools, configured to meet specific applications and requirements.
