Designed and manufactured in Italy, an example of the latest barfeeds will be exhibited for the first time at MACH 2016 (Stand 5304). The range includes the DB-EVO hydrostatic, designed to support efficient unattended or minimally manned production operations. It supports continuous, controlled automatic feeding of bars/tubes of any profile, without the need for lubrication. Requiring no bar preparation, standard stock material lengths of 1,300, 1,700 and 3,300 mm can be accommodated in diameters from 10 to 120 mm diameter. Bars are automatically loaded in three to six seconds.
The DBM and DBMF multi-channel barfeeders take minimal floorspace and feature Siemens PLC systems and touch-screen display to control each function of the loader. Bar diameters range from 3 to 80 mm, with standard bar lengths of 3,300 or 4,100 mm, which can be customised to suit applications.
Designed for multi-spindle machines, CMSP has a very small footprint, 450 mm longer than the stock material length of 3.3 m or 4 m, with the standard version of the loader having a tilted bar magazine (a bar bundle magazine with a 1,200 kg capacity is an option).
