Mark Tyrtania, sales director at Laser Lines, said: “Our expertise as the longest supplier of 3D printing and Additive Manufacturing systems in the UK, and a long history of working with Stratasys, means we can help customers choose the right solution for their application, whether that is a system for realistic prototyping, or the latest in manufacturing solutions for jigs, fixtures and industrial-grade parts.”
Stratasys F370
The Stratasys F370 FDM printer is the perfect additive manufacturing machine for demanding applications that require stronger, stiffer parts with greater impact resistance. It is excellent for applications such as prototyping, producing jigs and fixtures and short production runs.
With two model material and two support material bays, the F370 can be left to run for extended periods. This feature can be used to facilitate overnight, unattended printing by installing matching spools in advance. The perfect combination of high performance and a generous build envelope of 355 x 254 x 355mm, the F370 is incredibly quiet and can be used with industry-leading FDM materials, including PLA, PC-ABS, ABS-CF10 Diran 410MF072, FDM TPU 92A and FDM Nylon-CF10.
These materials help keep parts lightweight and are perfect for creating jigs and fixtures, which can be produced faster than when using traditional methods.
Stratasys J35 Pro
The desktop Stratasys J35 Pro Polyjet printer is excellent for concept, visual and functional modelling. Designers can now have a printer which cost-effectively meets their verification and validation needs. The J35 Pro prints fully functional, flexible, full-texture parts, removing the need to outsource and the inherent risk of compromising confidentiality and intellectual property rights.
Ideal for use in industries ranging from consumer electronics, automotive and aerospace to medical devices and education, this printer with its small footprint offers unbeatable efficiency. The J35 Pro has multi-material capabilities including Elastico, a rubber-like material with superior 400% elongation at break. Elastico is ideal for over-moulding, soft grip, protective coverings and seal applications.
Designers can achieve excellent results by combining greyscale colour, transparency and texture through their choice of materials. In addition, the J35 Pro provides access to the GrabCAD suite of tools which is invaluable for streamlining the process, enabling users to make more accurate design decisions, increase design quality, and shorten time to market.
At the event, Laser Lines will have plenty of part samples available and its expert team will be on hand to share information on the many materials available, answer customer queries and to answer technical queries across the full spectrum of 3D printing technologies.
Customers wanting to see the solutions at the show should visit the stand or book a briefing ahead of time by contacting Laser Lines on 01295 672599 or by emailing 3dworld@laserlines.co.uk.
