Largest MMMA ‘Metalworking’ Village ever at MACH

This year’s MACH will see the largest ever MMMA ‘Metalworking’ Village covering 650 square metres in Hall 6, where association members will show off their skills, services, and technologies.

Within the Village, visitors will be welcomed to each member stand, to discuss and see, what is available, how it could help them in improving production, win more orders and increase profitability.

Members exhibiting include Bruderer UK, Esprit Automation, Cotswold Machinery Sales, Worcester Presses, Schuler UK, TMA, Roemheld UK, Industrial Clutch Parts, Kaller Gas Springs, Press Techniques, Helm Instruments, Qualimach, Press-Form Machinery, Decade Monitoring, Group Rhodes, Formit, Raybould Machine Tools Ltd, Aida SRL UK, OSA Systems, CIDAN Machinery UK Ltd, Midland Power Press Services, Orlikon-Belzers and Ortlinghaus.

Luton-based high speed precision stamping specialist Bruderer UK will exhibit a fully operation stamping production line, featuring its latest press technology plus ancillary equipment.

In addition to this, Bruderer will be showcasing the PressesServo feeders that suit any application, on any press or machine; de-coiling and re-wind equipment; tooling components; die handling solutions; OEE; press and tool monitoring protection systems; vision inspection systems; roller and spray lubrication equipment; product marking; and multi-slide machines.

Also exhibiting is Qualimach Limited, which represent the Faccin Group in the UK and has installed more than 30,000 units around the globe and includes three recognised brands in the metal forming industry –  Faccin, Boldrini and Roundo.

The brands offer a portfolio of plate rolls, section rolls, dished head lines and special machines serve industries worldwide including oil & gas, wind energy (towers/foundations/ flanges/door frames), transportation & earth moving, pressure vessels, tube & pipeline, shipbuilding, metal fabrication and others.

Meanwhile, Decade Monitoring will demonstrate products and services for ensuring asset protection, consistent production quality, increased productivity, and profitability. The cloud enabled 180 series will be revealed along with the DLM, 160, 170 and MARS products. These products cover peak load protection, curve monitoring, downtime recording to complete OEE systems.

Worcester Presses will exhibit its combination of mechanical Chin Fong and Worcester bench press ranges, hydraulic presses, Tomac coil handling equipment and press transfer systems.

The firm also offers complete turnkey solutions which can incorporate guarding, load monitoring, QDC and additional ancillary equipment to increase productivity. At MACH, Worcester Presses will exhibit a Chin Fong OCP-110 ton press.

Press-Form Machinery Ltd will showcase its new range of hydraulic, high speed and bespoke press lines from Vaptech.

The Virtek Laser QC will be on display and has inspecting parts from pressed, punched and laser cut operations with over 1,500 units already in use throughout the globe. The 'Laser QC' inspects parts at high speed with high accuracy and provides ‘First Article’ inspection reports.

Also, on display from Industrial Clutch Parts (ICP) will be the range of Nexen linear and rotary roller pinion products for precision positioning requirements. ICP offer both versions of Nexen's Ring Drive Indexer Systems based on the innovative Roller Pinion technology.

Roemheld UK Ltd will showcase its new sturdy and safe arch clamp for presses and forges as part of an expansion of its multi-member wedge clamp family for die clamping technology.
