Jetcam UK Ltd established in response to increasing demand

Jetcam UK Ltd will offer the complete range of Jetcam CAM nesting and material management products, including composite and sheet metal manufacturing suite CrossTrack. It will also provide pre- and post-sales services, including training and technical support. A new support infrastructure has been rolled out to coincide with the company's foundation. In addition to traditional on-site support, customers can request a virtual engineer who can be connected to their PCs within 30 seconds. Says Martin Bailey, general manager, Jetcam International s.a.r.l; "Customers often have a 'how do I?' moment. By having an engineer connect remotely in seconds, our customers can get answers to most questions and get on with running their business."
