Heidenhain to show first ever mill-turn control and more

At MACH 2012 (April 16-20, NEC, Birmingham) Heidenhain (GB) will be exhibiting a comprehensive range of products from its portfolios of CNC systems, digital readouts and encoders that embrace most metalcutting technologies and manufacturing engineering measurement/inspection needs.

In addition to the new TNC 640 - the first ever Heidenhain mill-turn CNC – the Heidenhain CNC system range includes the high-end (up to 13 axes) iTNC 530 CNC analogue/digital system for complex operations on milling machines and machining centres – also ideal for retrofit applications; the TNC 620 and 320 CNCs for milling, drilling and boring routines; and the ManualPlus 620 CNC for turning centres. Also available are encoders from the comprehensive ranges available: LS and LC sealed linear; RON and ROD sealed angle; ERA ring; and LIDA exposed linear types – plus ND display units for simple DRO, metrology and gauging applications, as well as ST length gauges, the ACANTO absolute digital length gauge, and tool and spindle probes.
