ExxonMobil online product selector offers metalworking fluid recommendations and more

ExxonMobil has developed Looble - an online Mobil-branded industrial lubricant product selector, to help industrial plant operators and maintenance professionals match their equipment needs with lubrication recommendations for machinery manufactured by more than 6,500 equipment builders and OEMs around the world.
Under the machine shop category, users can select from 25 categories of machine/equipment, including EDM equipment, gear grinding machines, honing machines, lathes and surface grinders.
Following this selection, choices take in metalworking fluids, ways and slide oils, and lubricants for electric motors, gears, spindles, ballscrews and more can then be selected. And in the case of metalworking fluids, further choices include material and machining operation. Following this final choice, users are presented with the recommended lubricant oil or fluid.
The facility is highlighted as ExxonMobil's Equipment Builder Group, dedicated to helping optimise the performance of machinery and equipment in manufacturing industry, celebrates its 100th anniversary.

ExxonMobil's flagship Mobil SHC synthetic lubricants are approved for use in more than 10,000 applications and have preferential endorsements from more than 2,500 equipment builders. Mobil Industrial Lubricants are approved for use by leading general manufacturing OEMs including Krauss Maffei, Engels, Mazak, ABB, and SEW.
