Cutwel Tools to distribute Blum Novotest technology

Blum Novotest has signed a distribution agreement with Cutwel Tools to boost market penetration for its measuring and testing technology.

The agreement was signed at the recent MACH 2014 exhibition (7-11 April, Birmingham NEC), with Blum Novotest managing director David Mold highlighting the reasoning behind the partnership: "Cutwel Tools is the UK's leading supplier of consumable products, such as indexable and solid carbide milling, turning, drilling and threading tools, workholding equipment, modular tooling, cutting fluids and lubricants, and even workplace storage systems. With such an extensive range of products, Cutwel has remarkable coverage of the UK manufacturing sector. "By signing this agreement, we can tap into the distribution and network resources of Cutwel, whilst exploiting the technical expertise of their sales team. Blum staff will be working closely with the Cutwel team to provide technical and installation support to ensure Cutwel customers can benefit from the improved precision and productivity our product range offers."
