Cleaning specialist on the move as business booms

Degreasing specialist Kumi Solutions has relocated to a new, purpose-modified showroom and office facility in Nuneaton, adjacent to the North Warwickshire & Hinckley College.

“As well as providing much needed office space and additional spare parts storage, visitors will be able to see a range of PERO solvent and aqueous degreasing machines and the company's latest productivity enhancing accessories in action,” said managing director Simon Graham (pictured). The move comes at a time when Kumi Solutions is on track to achieve record sales for the year, partly as a consequence of the new Solvent Emissions Regulations. The company’s sales of German built PERO equipment YTD are already up 35 per cent on 2006. Notable recent sales include London and Marlborough based turned parts specialists Tenable Screw Ltd, who have invested in a PERO V1 universal degreasing machine and a DB300 – the smaller version of the DB600 - stand-alone distillation unit. Kingswinford-based Clamason Industries has recently purchased a PERO V2. The first of its type in the UK, the machine will be housed in a newly acquired building dedicated to finishing and packaging operations. The machine will be used for automotive, electrical and electronic applications as well as the company's growth area of medical applications. Pero solvent systems reduce VOC emissions to below that of the incoming regulations and are built to the tighter German laws 31 BImSchV and 2BImSchV. All US and European emission regulations are surpassed.
