At the EMO exhibition to be held in Hanover next month (16-21 September), Citizen Machinery will unveil a totally new concept in machine tools that is said to combine multiple simultaneous processes within its single compact modular design structure (Hall 26, Stand F41).
The breakthrough in non-traditional machine tool design comprises three independent machining units and would be able to carry out a range of production cycles, such as turning, milling, grinding and measurement from either bar, billet or forged materials.
The next generation 'ultra-high' productivity MC20 concept is presented with a view to visitors commenting and discussing the merits and productivity benefits with the development team on the stand, which will also incorporate several new European machine launches and prototype machines from both Citizen and Miyano stables.
