Dormer Tools is inviting engineering and manufacturing firms across the country to put it to the test at two national open days.
The 'Challenge Dormer' campaign aims to help businesses save significant amounts of money and time by offering cost-effective machining solutions.
To launch the campaign, Dormer is staging open days on July 5 and 6 at its UK headquarters at the Advanced Manufacturing Park (AMP) in South Yorkshire.
All of Dormer's partners will be in attendance, including Heller Machine Tools, Kelch, Open Mind, Delcam, System3R and Hexagon Metrology.
Visitors will be able to view demonstrations Dormer's productivity centre's machining capabilities, including the recently installed 5-axis FT 4000 from Heller.
"The two open days will provide a perfect opportunity for people from across the country to view our new-look productivity centre," said John O'Donoghue, general manager at Dormer Tools.
"Visitors will be able to witness the capabilities of our latest cuttings tools, as well as the performance of some of the world's best machines – a partnership that we feel will offer significant benefits to a host of sectors.
"The Challenge Dormer campaign will look to meet the need of any application and provide customers with considerable savings financially and in terms of reducing machine time."
