Agreement secures second hand machine supply
A new agreement between TRUMPF and Severn Manufacturing Systems enables UK manufacturers to buy a second hand TRUMPF machine directly from TRUMPF, with its original specification guaranteed. According to the companies, customers can be assured that the used machine will be as reliable and productive as the day it was built.
While Severn Manufacturing Systems has been a leading supplier of second hand TRUMPF machines since the mid 1990s, the fact that TRUMPF is now the single source for new and used machines gives it even greater scope to provide the best machine for the job.
All refurbishment of used machines is undertaken by TRUMPF qualified engineers at Severn Manufacturing Systems and all procedures are audited to assure quality. A standard six month parts warranty is provided by TRUMPF, which also provides service, support and spares.
