Aerospace subcontractor invests in machining centres

An aerospace subcontractor in South West England has placed an order worth approximately £1 million with Geo Kingsbury Machine Tools for three Hermle C 30 U 5-axis vertical machining centres, each fitted with an Erowa pallet handling system.

The cells will be used primarily for machining of titanium flap components for the Airbus A320 family of airliners.
