During production processes, it is often necessary to mark sections of metal sheets for a variety of reasons. Batch numbers, arrows, fold sequences and even instructions for secondary operations, are frequently required on parts.
Current mechanisms on the market today experience problems with inks drying out when the tool is not in use. As a solution, Wilson Tool has developed a marking tool with an automatic air tight device, eliminating the need to replace a lid after each use.
The Wilson Tool Pen is available in four standard colours – blue, black, red and green – with a further six colours available upon request. Importantly quick change overs between colours can be achieved. The device is completely refillable and comes as a complete kit in a special protective case with a user guide.
