Cutwel appoints additional managers to support 80% growth in business

Cutwel, as a result of 80% growth over the past twelve months, has appointed two new external area technical sales managers to provide extra support and guidance to its customers.

Another eight technical sales managers are expected to be appointed as part of further planned expansion. Mike Shanley has been appointed as Cutwel's new technical sales manager in the North West. Mr Shanley, originally an apprentice for the Royal Ordnance, is HNC qualified and has over 25 years of technical sales experience working in partnership with some of the largest cutting tool manufacturers in the industry. Paul Hayes, appointed as Cutwel's new technical sales manager in the Home Counties, has 30 years of engineering experience. Starting his career as an apprentice at Ford Motor Company, he progressed quickly to become a CNC application programmer and subsequently built his technical expertise in the cutting tool industry with twenty years of technical sales experience. Through its experienced technical sales team, Cutwel always aims to save customer's time and money through helping them improve machining processes, increasing performance and tool life wherever possible.
