Q8Oils enhances QCare condition monitoring system
Q8Oils has unveiled its 3G enabled, tablet-based QCare, a major upgrade to the company's Field Service Technician (FST) service which monitors the condition of Q8Oils metalworking fluids and lubricants in a range of applications such as turning, cutting and grinding.
As a service, Q-Care can produce detailed records of each machine and its lubricants, track trends and provide detailed action plans. These plans can also form an important health and safety audit record for manufacturers.
