Instead of disposing of the cleaning fluid, 100% of it can be poured into the lubricant fluid. By leveraging the synergies between the lubricant and the cleaning fluid, it is possible to reduce costs by up to 40%, says Henkel.
Both components are boron- and bactericide-free. The machining fluid is a finely dispersed lubricant and the system is suitable for most substrates, including steel, stainless steel, cast iron and aluminum alloys. The Bonderite duaLCys system requires less water and helps to minimise waste and save energy by allowing the washer bath to operate at a reduced temperature.
