Aimed at small- and medium-sized component manufacturers, the compact machine still offers 800 mm of X-axis travel, 800 rpm C-axis rotation speed and a table load of up to 800 kg.
The Mikron Mill P800U ST is capable of 4-axis simultaneous turning and incorporates a 20,000 rpm HSK T63 spindle. Additionally, water-cooled torque motors are fitted on the A and C axes, while all axes provide 0.3 second clamp time in any position. Table dimensions are 800 by 800 mm.
The machine is supplied with MSP (Machine and Spindle Protection), and is automation-ready, which means it can easily be configured with pallet changers to handle two, seven, nine or 12 pallets.
