Deburring made easy with Shaviv Golden Flex from Vargus
Designed for the cost effective deburring of a range of standard and heavy duty workpieces and materials is Shaviv Golden Flex from Vargus Tooling. The sets feature five different pairs of TiN-coated, multi-purpose blades for superior wear resistance and surface finish as well as increased tool life – up to five times the life of standard, non-coated alternatives, says the company.
Designed for deburring internal and external holes, cross-holes, flat surfaces, keyways and corners, the TiN-coated blades complement existing Shaviv blades in HSS, cobalt enriched steel, carbide and diamond coated variants, as well as blades for left-handed users.
