Adjustable robotic compensation units without pneumatics

The AGE-F compensation unit evens out tolerances such as positioning inaccuracies by robots or deviations between the nominal and actual position of the workpiece. Operating purely mechanically without pneumatic elements, the AGE-F it is especially suitable for the use in compact spaces. At the same time, it is equipped with junction roller guides rather than sliding guides. This makes it less susceptible to tilting and able to move easily. Consequently, force can be applied over a longer travel distance. Grippers can therefore be used with longer fingers and overall it is possible to achieve a structure that is about twice as tall as in compensation units with sliding guides.
