XYZ is the largest supplier of CNC machine tools in the UK, with many of its products available on ex-stock delivery. These are supplied through a network of six 'on-your-doorstep' showrooms and service centres, strategically located throughout the country, setting the standard for price, delivery, quality and, most important, back up and service support. The brochure includes machines that range from low-cost manual mills, lathes and grinding machines - which can be found in many education, training establishments and workshops - through to turret mills, bed mills, mini mills and vertical machining centres that include high speed and multi-axis machines, having 4th and 5th axis capability. While the backbone of XYZ's product range is the simple-to-use ProtoTRAK control for milling and turning, the brochure also highlights Fanuc and Siemens controlled turn-mill centres with driven tools, as well as large capacity oil country lathes, with up to 63 kW of spindle power, 1,000 mm chuck and 420 mm spindle bores and up to 16 m between centres distance. There is also a series of large BRM bridge mills, with table sizes up to 2,030 mm by 3,810 mm, and axis travels of 3,810 mm by 2,030 mm by 710 mm.
