“The restructuring follows the recent and continued expansion of Ward CNC’s UK-wide network of area business managers, and with these recent appointments especially we are focusing on an ambitious and exciting five-year growth plan for the 140-year-old Sheffield and Redditch-based business.”
With more than 15 years’ industry experience, McGinty said of his appointment: “I am very excited to be part of this well-established company. I am joining an organisation that is already very successful in what it does, but is also undergoing a large transformation, as can be seen by the investment in new departments and people. I am certainly looking forward to the future, as there is great opportunity and potential at Ward CNC.”
Greveson, who has previously spent over 15 years in varying roles from machine shop manager to business development director at a major engineering company, stated: “It is a privilege to able to join such a fantastic organisation. The company values - which everyone lives and breathes - were the deciding factor when the opportunity arose. My impact in the business will come from my experience; I know the expectations as a customer and what is required to give the best service possible.”
Emery, who has over 13 years’ experience in customer-focused roles in different industries, added: “It is an exciting time for us. With the already vast wealth of expertise in the business, there is a great opportunity to take the company to the next level. Our customers are the key to future success and we as an organisation - and me, personally - are keen to get closer to understanding their needs and expectations to be able to build strong and lasting relationships.”
