Leon has over 30 years’ experience within the CAD/CAM industry, initially as an applications engineer involved with pre and post sales technical support activities. He started his commercial career in 1989 as a technical sales engineer, rapidly moving into a major account management role with a focus on the automotive manufacturing sector. He has also been heavily involved with international business development roles in various European, North American and Latin American regions. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and a postgraduate qualification in Business Administration.
With their main office in Munich and UK business in Coventry, Tebis AG offers a process automation approach that covers a four-stage method from in-depth process analysis consultancy, supported by a range of industry and application specific software solutions, followed by a structured implementation performed by experienced engineers to ensure maximum automation and guaranteed certified post-processors, to complete technical support and training services.
