David Price, managing director of System Store Solutions, will be getting into the mood of the Goodwood Revival, as well as showing off his company’s solutions to the event’s audience.

The Goodwood Revival, taking place over the 7- 9 September 2018 in the grounds of Goodwood House and its famous race circuit, is a celebration of that iconic period in motor racing that followed the Second World War and continued to the mid-1960s. With a mix of historic racing and glamourous guests, the weekend is a festival of a bygone age. However, an exhibition of engineering, automotive fashion and business services will also be on display, among which will be System Store Solutions.

“We have many customers operating in the classic vehicle restoration sector and they take as much pride in their workshop environment as the Formula One teams among our customers. This means that the Goodwood Revival is an ideal venue for us to highlight the latest development in workshop storage equipment and workbenches, which will be of interest from the gentleman racer, through enthusiastic amateur to world-leading restorers of vintage vehicles,” says managing director Price.

Centre of attention on the System Store Solutions stand will be the new Fami Master series of cabinets that offer a modular solution to workshop storage. Customers can reconfigure the Master series as requirements change, providing new levels of versatility. Built to Fami’s usual high standards, the Master Series features elements such as front bearings for guaranteed smooth drawer action, drawers being freely configurable and a choice of personalisation through a choice of 10 colour schemes and branded labels for each drawer. Peace of mind, especially where high value parts or tools are being stored is given by the options of manual and electronic (PIN number controlled) locking/unlocking systems.

In addition, the stand will feature a selection of cabinets from other Fami ranges, all of which are available to be purchased from the stand during the three-day Goodwood Revival meeting. “It is always good to look back with nostalgia, but at the same time we need to keep looking ahead. The Master series does just that and I am confident that our motorsport customers will see the immediate benefits that it can bring.”
